Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. Once approved, send the product back to the provided address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

Partial Refunds: If the product is not returned in its original condition or is damaged, only a partial refund may be granted.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
